Kolomaznik, Quite in contrast with Tolga's ideal network design, there exists an entire working group, RSERPOOL, spun off from SIGTRAN using similar concepts. See http://www.ietf.org/html.charters/rserpool-charter.html In Tolga's perfect world, there would be no need for that working group.
