All: ETSI is interested in supporting another Sigtran Plugtest this year. They are proposing to that ZNIIS host the event at their facility in Moscow. Information about ZNIIS is provided in the attached pdf file. The event is scheduled for 30 Oct - 3 Nov. Please indicate your interest in this event in order to allow ETSI to move forward with the planning. We need to get feedback to ETSI soon because they plan to start planning logistics in August (assuming there is sufficient interest).
