No, that would not be following 4.1.8. Following 4.1.8 requires that stream 0 be both read and written with priority over stream 1. BTW, the SCTP API in the RFC is just a suggestion. There is no guarantee that the API mentioned there will meet the needs of any application (and in fact would be insufficient for most--if not all--SIGTRAN UAs). --brian -- Brian F. G.
