RFC 3868 says:

4.3.4.3.  ASP Active Procedures

   ...

   All ASPs within a load-sharing mode AS must be able to process any
   Data message received for the AS, to accommodate any potential fail-
   over or rebalancing of the offered load.

Application of DRN/TID labels is inconsistent with the above requirement
for ASP in a loadshared AS.
