I agree.  Perhaps the IG should be more specific in this area.  I'll try
to come up with some wording.

My point is the spec does not say that DRN/TID label cannot be used in
conjunction with the other traffic modes, nor what the proper error
response is should a DRN/TID label arrive with one.
