I think better wording might be:

  The TID label mechanism might not work in certain types of application
such
  as when there are two linked dialogues and the second one is initated
by 
  the network.  In this particular case, the SG may not know how to
route the 
  new dialog back to the correct ASP that was handling the first dialog.

Personally, I think this issue is solvable, although not trivial.  But I
think saying that it MUST NOT be used eliminates the possibility that a
vendor can solve it.  Why eliminate the possibility for innovation.  If
you point out to the users the dangers, I would have to assume that they
can understand that and take it in to consideration.
