If u look at SS7 side, the MTP-STATUS message equivalent at IP side is SCON
or DUPU or DAUD.
But certain fields, which may be OPTIONAL, decide the waht actiion to take.
>From ASP the a SCON message is sent to SGP in case of UP unavailability.
SCON's optional field "*Concerned Destination: 32-bits" *helps at the other
end about unavailability.
