Doubt regarding Notify and traffic mode for IPSP end point in M3UA

Hi, 

 I have a doubt regarding notify procedure and traffic
handling mode in case IPSP_SE and IPSP_DE case. 
In case of IPSP_DE and IPSP_SE case what is the
behabiour of Notify messgae,
