Query regarding RC

*Hi there*, Configured STP (SG) with RC=9 and AS (my Application) with RC=9. It is static Registartion. The every outgoing message (DATA) from STP, MSC, SCP..etc towards my application (ASP) has a RC value. Is it compulsory that my application (ASP) should also *use RC for all outgoing messages (DATA)* towards, say, MSC, SCP, STP...etc If yes Why? and If not Why? Application comes up and is in Sync with SG (STP). When message (DATA) from ASP *without RC parameter *sent to STP (SG), SG says unavailable/mismathcing RC. Even though RC is mandatory parameter in DATA message.
