FW: LS on Clarification of M3UA usage in 3GPP networks

Hello Everyone,

We have an incoming Liaison Statement from 3GPP regarding M3UA
clarification.  The text of the Liaison Statement is on the IETF liaison
page (under IESG) but was missing figures.  The attached version
has the figures included.  If people need another format such as pdf,
I can convert this to pdf and send out a version in that format.

I have asked Michael Tuexen to field comments and responses from
the list and formulate a response liaison to 3GPP (thanks Michael for
volunteering).

We would appreciate any comments from the list to formulate the
response.

the SIGTRAN working group is working on a response to the liaison below:

We have noticed that the liaison was posted without the figures referred to. We were wondering where we could find the figures.
