Hi Srinivas,
I see no problem in the Wireshark trace that you have given me. Although,
the trace does not have M3UA Activation messages (ASPUP/ASPAC), I can see
GSM Invokes initiated from PC 131 (IP .90) to PC 400 (IP .66) which gets
replied to from .66. This basically means that the Destination is Active on
both sides.

The Alarm logs that you have sent have the last alarm logged at 2009-03-26,
13:05:00 whereas the wireshark trace shows messages from the next day (it
could be possible that we are in different time zones and that is why
wireshark shows different times). In any case, all the alarms seemed to be
in state "ceased". Is the switch engineer complaining about lost traffic or
just the alarms.

Thanks & Regards,
Aditya Sehgal
