Brian, Thanks for the help and sorry for the inconvenience. I did read the RFC but since it is a really major vendor I wanted to be really sure (could other paragraph that I didn't found say otherwise). Prior sending e-mail I've already did your suggestions, but vendor B is saying that they can not change MTU - they set the MTU=1500 since is the minimum allowed value (they cannot have a bigger MTU either).
