RFC 4233: IUA and LAPB/LAPF

Hi,

May IUA be used with LAPB (ITU-T X.25) or LAPF (ITU-T Q.922), instead of 
Q.921 (LAPD)?

All of them are HDLC, but small differences. May any of these 
differences make IUA does not apply?
