RC=0 in Remote AS configuration if it is SGP-ASP mode

 ASP (Network/SUT)----------(ASP-SGP Mode)----------SGP (Tester)



RC=0 in Remote AS configuration on SUT, if it is SGP-ASP mode.

If PSPs  or SGP type, Route Context always 0 on Remote AS.

RC will always be '0' for Remote AS,configured as ASP-SGP mode?
