For ASP UP ACK only, this scenario is possible only in the single
exchange mode with traffic share mode .

If we use double exchange then further messages like ASP ACT from both
side is expected including ACK also apart from ASPUP.

if still not clear please re introduce the problem again and RFC line
where you have any doubt.
