Errata and update to RFC5261

If you haven't noticed, there's been a discussion on apps-discuss around 
updating RFC5261, and some errata posted along with that discussion.

Erik (copied) has a draft in the works that would address the errata.

I recommend putting the errata into Hold for Document Update and work 
out the details as part of the development of that update.
