That's why I kept saying we had fixed that part of outbound per your  
request.

My understanding was that there is a contact prioritization. The proxy  
uses the first contact as long as the flow associated with that  
contact has keepalive. If that flow fails, then the proxy falls over  
to the second contact and flow.

Only in 3GPP specs, I believe.
