looks like you try on purpose to misunderstand what i have required.  i
have never said that proxy is REQUIRED to fork.  it just must be
POSSIBLE for the proxy to fork even when outbound is in use.

so if i upgrade my current phone that registers both of its contacts to
outbound capability, it must still be possible for this phone to
register both contacts and proxy to fork incoming calls to both of them.
