i have told this already at least three times:

if it is not mandated that UA has to register all its contacts via at
least two ob proxies (if set has two or more), then simple
implementation of redundancy becomes impossible.  

also, reliability will necessarily suffer also in complex implementation
when one of the contacts would not be available via more than one proxy.
