SIP WG I've submitted version -11 of Location Conveyance. Minor nits were fixed, and some text about updating location after it has been sent (which I had in there at one point, and don't know when I deleted it somehow) are the only real changes. By request of the SIP chairs, I did not address anything regarding the <retransmission-allowed> ID that's in Geopriv -- since that's still being discussed in Geopriv. Comments are welcome.
