Obviously the former. But we might end-up designing a B2BUA traversal 
mechanism to exchange either the original call-id, or some other piece 
of information. IMO, the principle of DERIVE might be kept, even if we 
are using something else as the dialog event package. The key is that we 
need something to correlate on.
