Protocol Action: 'IANA Registration of New Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Resource-Priority Namespaces' to Proposed Standard

The IESG has approved the following document:

This document is the product of the Session Initiation Protocol Working 
Group.

This document creates additional Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)
