Ahh, I see.  Nope, it won't, I don't think.  If a B2BUA changes the Call-ID for reasons other than the security aspects, it would/should still create a secure-call-id format - simply so that other B2BUA's along the path don't feel compelled to as well and exacerbate the problem.  I should make that clear in the draft.
