FW: I-D Action:draft-kaplan-sip-session-id-02.txt

Howdy,
A new version of the session-id draft has been uploaded, removing the matching properties from the requirements and solution, in the hopes of progressing it faster.
The purpose of it is now solely for troubleshooting across SIP nodes.
