Completion of draft-ietf-sip-ua-privacy-06

I am assuming we are pretty much done with this document and therefore will proceed with writing up the publication request.

If anyone thinks otherwise, now would be a very appropriate time to make that position known to the list.

Expect some editorials as a result of me writing this up.
