It means "Not Dean's home phone, which I know uses a 192  
address . . ." If I knew Bob and Mary well, I might have a clue there  
too.

Not perfect, but better than nothing.

Enough better than nothing to bother with? I don't know. I'd like to  
hear Jon's take on that.
