Extracting examples

I ran into one problem extracting examples -- the following section seems to give the extraction code some indigestion: |* Example from section 11.4 |* Creator: [JP] |>11.4.bin |* Creator: [JP] |>11.4.bin |MIIFPAYJKoZIhvcNAQcCoIIFLTCCBSkCAQExCTAHBgUrDgMCGjArBgkqhkiG9w0BBwGgHg The doubling of >11.4.bin seems to be the culprit, and when it is removed, it works fine, and all examples extract using the provided code under Cygwin.
