Some more comments -- sections 6 and 7

BobPrivRSAEncrypt.pri and CarlPrivRSASign.pri appear to be the same RSA
private keys.  I presume that they are both CarlPrivRSASign.pri, since
BobPrivRSAEncrypt.pri does not successfully unwrap the key provided in the
RecipientInfo in example 6.2.  I have not done any testing with the
Diffie-Hellman examples.

The content included in encapContentInfo.eContent is not ExContent.bin.
Further, it appears that the included digest is the digest of the correct
ExContent.bin, so it does not match.  The content found in the message is
included below:

0010 63 6F 6E 74 65 6E 74 2E                          content.

I believe that the content should be "This is some sample content."
(ExContent.bin).
