I don't have any objection to this, though I'll say that this is "optional
stuff you might find in a cert".  It also doesn't necessarily need to be in
all of the EE certificates, so it might get left out of the DSS / DH
certificates just for variety.

If no one objects, then I will include id-kp-emailProtection in an extended
key usage field in the RSA EE certificates when I do the next cut.
