More examples

Jim Schaad has created some more examples.  I have put these up at:

Please take a look and make any comments.  I have also used Peter Gutmann's
dumpasn1 program to create text dumps for them, which may make it easier to
do a quick once over for the armchair ASN.1 crowd.

Any problems with the keys / certs are Jim's fault.  Any problems with the
HTML is my fault.
