While probably true, I was absent from the list for several months.
(Somewhere along the way -- a meeting or two ago -- one of the
IETF-Announce emails contained a subject keyword that caused my spam
rejection rules to send back a delivery failure, and I was silently
dropped from a number of lists as a result.)

I still haven't fully caught up yet.  I'd planned to do so for the
upcoming IETF meeting if the WG planned to meet, but I guess from recent
messages that's not going to happen?
