Re: email/tools: WG unsubscribe notification

When I get these on v6ops, which happens from time to time, it usually means that there has been an email in queue that has timed out or otherwise been found undeliverable. The single most common situation is that the recipient is in China; draw your own conclusions.

My gut tells me that the issue is political with technical ramifications.
