I don't know whether it's the authoritative source, but I just checked
ftp://ftp.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/rfc3411.txt and it has the same
problem (as of Thu Dec 19 18:37:40 UTC 2002).

(I used serveral clients, even a traditional ftp client without using
any proxy to ensure that it's not a web-cache problem.)
