Doubt about VACM.

Hi all,

RFC2575 explains about VACM. In this, while describing the
vacmContextTable
it says the following:

"This table is read-only. It cannot be configured via SNMP."

But in the same description, it says that the contextTable may change
dynamically.
The following para is an extract from the description of
vacmContextTable.

"This table may change dynamically if the SNMP entity allows
that contexts are added/deleted dynamically (for instance when its
configuration
changes). Such changes would happen only if the management
instrumentation
at that SNMP entity recognizes more (or fewer) contexts. "

Could any one of you explain me, the exact meaning of the above
paragraph.
