I do not understand the content of this objection. There already is an
alternative for PQ support in TLS, namely MLKEM + ECC hybrids,
defined in:

https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-tls-ecdhe-mlkem/

It's just not specified in this document.
