We've (SSHM) overcome our KEM controversies, thanks. :-)
And would like it to stay that way. A reading of the list
archive should make that apparent.

This draft and discussion doesn't involve the SSH list
(which I've put in bcc), so I'd encourage people to not
further copy the SSHM WG list on the topic. While some
spillover due to copying both list may be inevitable,
I'd ask that people please remove the SSH list from any
replies.
