Document: draft-ietf-tls-mlkem
Title: ML-KEM Post-Quantum Key Agreement for TLS 1.3
Reviewer: Alexey Melnikov
Review result: Ready

I have reviewed this document as part of the security directorate's ongoing
effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. These comments
were written primarily for the benefit of the security area directors. Document
editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just like any other last call
comments.

I am not a cryptographer and thus can't judge how secure is ML-KEM.
It is not a job of a SecDir reviewer to evaluate whether or not there is WG
consensus to publish a document being evaluated. I have not followed TLS
WG deliberations on this document and I haven't checked all normatively
referenced specifications.
Having said that, I think the document is well written and is clear,
and it seem to cover main security considerations. As all registered IANA
values have Recommended=N (and the document clearly explains what this means)
and the document itself is Informational, I don't have concerns about this
document progressing further.
