Assuming that your replies are, in fact, properly formatted, the only thing
to do at this point is switch back to non-TN3270E mode and send a WILL
TERM-TYPE.

Out of curiosity, which TN3270 server is doing this?  It is a rather odd
sequence.  Do you have your TN3270E support working with any other TN3270
servers?
