Last Call: 'Voucher Trading System Application Programming Interface (VTS-API)' to Informational RFC

The IESG has received a request from the Internet Open Trading Protocol WG to 
consider the following document:

   <draft-ietf-trade-voucher-vtsapi-06.txt> as an Informational RFC

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send any comments to the
