[iccrg] [Call for participation] IETF 122 Hackathon on Tes ting Congestion Control and Queue Management Mechanisms

Hi all,

We are planning to work on "Testing Congestion Control and Queue Management
Mechanisms" at the IETF 122 hackathon in Bangkok on March 15th and 16th,
2025.

Our main goal is to test congestion control and queue management related
proposals being discussed in CCWG, TSVWG, ICCRG and related forums.

To this end, we are looking for participants from academia, industry, and
all other contexts with an interest in congestion control and queue
management testing.

Potential tasks include, but are not limited to:
* Validation of rate-limited sender implementation in ns-3
* Testing of FQ-CoDel and FQ-PIE using ns-3, Network Stack Tester (NeST)
and WiFi APs
* New work on improving the delay-throughput tradeoff with CoDel
* Testing the interaction of modified CoDel with BBR
