Hi all,

We are planning to work on "Testing Congestion Control and Queue Management
Mechanisms" at the IETF 123 hackathon in Madrid on July 19th and 20th, 2025.

Our main goal is to test congestion control and queue management related
proposals being discussed in CCWG, TSVWG, ICCRG and related forums.

To this end, we are looking for participants from academia, industry, and
all other contexts with an interest in congestion control and queue
management testing.

Potential tasks include, but are not limited to:
* Testing of FQ-CoDel and FQ-PIE using ns-3, NeST and WiFi APs
* Improving the delay-throughput tradeoff with a new version of CoDel
* An example for rate-limited sender implementation in ns-3
* Testing the effectiveness of Alternative Backoff with ECN (ABE) using ns-3
