Hi all,

We are planning to work on "Testing Congestion Control and Queue Management
Mechanisms" at the IETF 124 hackathon in Montreal on November 1-2, 2025.

Our main goal is to test congestion control and queue management related
proposals being discussed in CCWG, TSVWG, ICCRG and related forums.

We are looking for participants from academia, industry, and all other
contexts with an interest in congestion control and queue management
testing.

Potential tasks include, but are not limited to:
* Testing of FQ-CoDel and FQ-PIE using ns-3, NeST and WiFi APs (QQ-IW-235)
* ns-3 and NeST based AQM Evaluation Suites compliant with RFC 7928
* Fixing a recently reported bug related to rate-limited sender
implementation in ns-3
* ns-3 and NeST based Congestion Control Evaluation Suite compliant with
RFC 9743
