Hi all,

We are planning to work on "Testing Congestion Control and Queue Management
Mechanisms" at the IETF 126 Hackathon in Vienna on 18-19 July 2026.

Our primary goal is to test congestion control and queue management
proposals currently being discussed in the CCWG, TSVWG, ICCRG, and related
groups.

We are looking for participants from academia, industry, and the broader
Internet community who are interested in congestion control and queue
management testing.

Potential tasks include, but are not be limited to:
* Performance evaluation of FQ-CoDel and FQ-PIE in mobile hotspot scenarios
* Testing the integration of picoquic with ns-3
* Developing a NeST-based congestion control evaluation suite compliant
with RFC 9743
* Developing an example demonstrating the implementation of a rate-limited
sender in ns-3

More details are available here:
https://wiki.ietf.org/en/meeting/126/hackathon#testing-congestion-control-and-queue-management-mechanisms

If you are interested in joining us for this hackathon, please let us know.

Thanks and Regards,
Mohit P. Tahiliani
