This is an editorial pass to remove text that is more obviously duplicative (or just verbose) after the reorganisation. A few editorial issues are also addressed. Note also: https://github.com/ietf-wg-mediaman/6838bis/pull/34 ... which removes what appears to be inappropriately or gratuitous use of RFC2119 terminology.
