[media-types] [IANA #1418198] application/vnd.angel. evidence-package registration request

Hi Murray, 

Amanda is out this week, so I'm filling in for her. I have limited knowledge when it comes to media types, so I’ll be relying on your expertise here. Is there anything you’d like us to pass along to the applicant?
