[media-types] {MEDIAMAN] Call for agenda items and issues for Madrid

WG members,

it is nearly time for our usual 1-hour slot, where we try to bring forth 
consensus on the things where we need consensus to make further progress.

The chairs and the editors have been somewhat worried about the relative 
quiet since the last meeting; it seems chancy to declare "WG consensus" 
where the only people we have heard from are the chairs, the editor and 
1 more person. Wider review helps in ascertaining consensus!

In the WG tracker at https://github.com/ietf-wg-mediaman/6838bis/issues 
there are 11 open issues - 4 of which are probably ready to close 
without any document change, 5 of which have been designated as 
"blocking Last Call" - which means that the chairs think that we have to 
declare consensus on the result (which may be a PR or a "no change" 
decision) before we send the document to Last Call.

If we hope to send the document to Last Call after Madrid, we'd better 
get those issues ready for action.

The issues are:

#18 Update Media Type registry to clearer indicate which media types do 
have RTP payload formats 
<https://github.com/ietf-wg-mediaman/6838bis/issues/18> - this chair and 
the editor don't have a consensus on this point at the moment; more 
input needed.

#20 Instructions for other SDOs on how to maintain registrations 
<https://github.com/ietf-wg-mediaman/6838bis/issues/20> - not clear if 
we need this, or what it needs to say.

#21 More detailed change procedures? - currently refined to the point of 
"what's the procedure for changing a change controller?" - the current 
procedure exists, but is very terse ("the IESG can do it").

#23 Community format change controller - not clear what the document 
should say

#24 Should coordinatoin with previous registrar of +suffixed types be 
required? - this has been controversial in the past, but hasn't had much 
recent input.

And of course - if you have other issues with the latest draft - Raise them!
