[media-types] Re: [IANA #1421575] application/vp+sd-jw t registration request

I'm happy to dive in, but it looks like there's long history here and
Darrel was directly involved in the previous thread that Brian started and
thus may have more context.  He can probably swap in faster than I can come
up to speed, so perhaps these two should be assigned to him.  Darrel, any
opinion?
