The payload itself is in pure JSON, but it contains as the header a
subset of the string pattern "ndgk[\u0020-\u007E]*\n", with the
pattern-matching string representing the protocol specification for
interpretation of the following json data. The frst two experimental
content versions with a slightly different data layout look like

{
...
}
--------------
and
--------------
ndkg2
{
...
}
--------------

Yes, I was not really sure if this has to be in three letter format, I
can live with .ndkg or .nudoku instead. .ndkg seems to be unused as far
as I can see.

Do they need to update the magic number field? Do you have a recommendation for the file extension field?
If they agree, we'll go ahead and register this.
