[media-types] Re: [IANA #1437484] application/vnd.ui c.dosipas.v1 registration request

This registration is acceptable for the vnd subtree.

I will add that the security considerations note is not particularly helpful considering it simply points to the specification and there is no specific security considerations section related to the media type document itself within that specification.  Ideally, a security considerations section provides media type users summarized highlights of particular areas to be concerned about without having to consume the entire specification.
