[media-types] Re: [IANA #1437488] application/vnd.ui c.tld-fcb registration request

This registration meets the requirements for a vendor subtree registration.  However, while the UIC and FCB acronyms do appear in the specification, TLD does not.  There is however mention of a TLB (Ticket Layout Barcode). Was this media type supposed to be application/vnd.uic.tlb-fcb instead?
